This is the menu for our 2d annual "Sizeable Bands are for Fanatics" supper membership night on February 14th:

Asparagus and asiago in phyllo

Salad
Wedge salad with baron verulam lardon, heirloom tomato, cheese crumbles, pickled purple onion, brioche croutons, blue cheese dressing

Entree
Red meat tenderloin in shallot demi glaze and prawns with sauce chorone or
Red meat Tenderloin with shallot demi glaze
Smashed Yukon gold potatoes
Prosciutto creamed spinach

Vegetarian choice: Eggplant rollatini with mushrooms, tomato, artichoke, arugula with basil marinara (which includes egetarian salad to start out)
